In this first part of the campaign, players will encounter five major factions: The Project Vozrozhdeniye, The Sentinels,  The Lost, The CIA, and WHO Task Force Sweden. Each faction offers unique challenges and opportunities for player interaction, with The Lost and WHO serving as a more generic alternative for those who wish to explore the campaign without delving into the supernatural or mythological aspects of the story.

It is important to note that the content within this campaign module is a blend of real-life historical events and fictional elements designed to enrich the alternate world of Twilight: 2000.
