Project Vozrozhdeniye 2: It Came From The Forest

Publisher: Free League Publishing

Welcome back to the second and final part of the Project Vozrozhdeniye campaign for Twilight: 2000 4th edition.
In this book, we dive even deeper into the occult and go bat shit crazy with supernatural beings, super soldiers, magic, visions and simulated realities.
You have been warned. The first chapter could be broken off for more realistic games, but this campaign will only get more extreme from here. If this has not scared you off, then you are welcome along for a ride.

In the cold aftermath of war, Sweden stands as a wounded nation, struggling to heal the scars left behind. The players, having recently secured a hard-fought victory against Group 2 at Ludvika Airport, find themselves in a world that is both familiar and unsettling. The chaos and devastation of the conflict have torn the veil between the mundane and the supernatural, unleashing long-forgotten entities upon the land.

As they regroup and plan their next move, the players catch whispers of the extraordinary challenges faced by the survivors in this altered reality. Tales of mythological creatures, once believed to be nothing more than legends, now walk the earth, haunting the dreams of the living. Fearful and desperate, the people turn to ancient customs and folklore, seeking solace and understanding in the wisdom of their ancestors.

As they venture forth, the players learn of the ongoing experiments by Project Vozrozhdeniye’s Group 1 in the mines of Sala, where a powerful and ancient spirit is being held captive. This unsettling revelation is compounded by the knowledge that other spirits, driven by desperation and fear, are lashing out at the human world, causing chaos and harm. The urgency of the situation is palpable, and the players find themselves at the heart of a supernatural crisis that threatens to consume the very fabric of reality.

Embarking on this perilous journey, the players will encounter both the remnants of a tragic past and the harbingers of an uncertain future. They must navigate a land ravaged by war, negotiating with factions that have emerged from the ashes of despair. Every step they take will bring them closer to the truth, and force them to make choices that will shape the destiny of a nation.

In this dark and ever-changing landscape, the players will need to rely on their wits, their courage, and their ability to forge alliances with those who share their goals. The people of Sweden look to them as their last hope, their only chance to restore the balance between the world of humans and the world of spirits.

As the players embark on this journey, they will encounter unexpected twists and turns that will challenge their wits and test your humanity. With each step, they will uncover new mysteries and confront powerful adversaries, all the while wrestling with the chilling reality of a world forever changed by the supernatural.

Are your players brave enough to face the darkness that awaits? If so, then step into the realm of the supernatural and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime in the climactic finale of the Project Vozrozhdeniye campaign.

“This place ain’t like anything I’ve ever seen before; the war’s left it twisted, broken, and haunted by creatures from ancient tales. We’re fighting for survival in a land where myth and reality collide, and it feels like we’re walking a razor’s edge between the living and the dead.”
