INTRODUCTION
It is widely accepted that, with a concerted effort, the Universe bestows it’s Energy upon all those who open up their body and soul to the idea of manifesting Magical Abilities. To some, the manifestation and attunement of Abilities come naturally. With little guidance these people reach the Zenith level of Practice simply with time and practical application. These individuals are extremely rare. Most Magic-Users study within a school or temple, usually with a view to serving the Triumvirate in some way.
What is seldom reported are those who give everything they have only to find they are never able to manifest Magical Abilities. There are many theories put forth by the strata of Triumvirate Order leadership. Barathuum Zeniths cast the aspersion that those devoid of Magical Abilities have misaligned their intent with their true nature, or that the Universe is balancing out their misdeeds in some way. The Lumine position is simply that some individuals are so grounded they require little assistance from the Universe.
Romia Tolus, one of the few surviving veterans of recent Kobalor frontier clashes, has dedicated his life to the pursuit of Magic. Romia found that the more he tried, the more he became frustrated. He first sought out Magic which would sooth his soul and those of the subordinates who carried out his orders. This was not successful, but Romia found that his charismatic expression and noble intent led others in his situation to flock to his cause. He never achieved his goal of manifesting Magical Abilities, but found that having influence over hundreds of loyal followers provided a fulfilling substitute.Price: $1.99
