Secrets of the Velstrac is a collection of velstrac-themed content for your Pathfinder Second Edition campaigns. The book is divided into the following sections:
Creatures
This section introduces several new types of velstrac: some original, such as the demiplane-shaping urchaellor and the sinister pain dragon, and some brought forward from First Edition, such as the toxic cantor and the icy libitinarii.
Archetypes
This section introduces two agonizing archetypes: the Velstrac Apostle, who is slowly transforming into a velstrac, and the Cube-Bearer, who is fused with a powerful velstrac artifact.
Magic Items
This section introduces a variety of magic items themed around velstracs, pain, mutilation, and the Netherworld, such as the brutal agonizing chain, the profaned doctrine of weeping wounds, and the world-hopping velstrac key.
