Just how abandoned IS your mine? It’s one thing to have your players follow the tracks deeper into the caverns, but when they come across these mine carts, they’ll have a better idea of how active the mines really are. Not only that, but when your players find their first cart, be prepared for some fun low-speed chases! They are designed, too, so you can make the carts without bins, or bins without the carts. Build some rusty scraps and lay them in the corners of the tunnel. Leave the wheels off. Cut them right in half – they’re only paper after all. Bring your imagination to the process and have fun.
