A Different Heritage is an independent, non-official third-party-publisher release of Supernatural Heritages, and compatible with Dark Streets & Darker Secrets(tm). It provides replacement options for the Supernatural Heritages found on p.19 of core rules mentioned above. The majority of the entries are a re-hash of those I released in Gregorius21778: 50 Mythic Abilities, a few are new and were written for this supplement. Feel free to offer them as alternative to your players, our to use them additional abilities for adversaries. Each of the 50 entries comes with suggestion in regard to the heritage to associate with them. The different entries are listed in no particular order, and are in now way balanced against another. The GM is should think about the possible impact of any given option on his or her specific game world before “green lighting” them for a player character.
Optional Rule: Gifted Non-Spellcasters
For a Gifted Non-Spellcaster, remove the I Make My Own Reality and There is Power in the Blood special abilities from the class. Instead, this alternative class of the Gifted starts with two Supernatural Heritages and may choose an additional one every third level.
