Chiefly, this product is designed to allow you to create characters with themes, making use of pre-designed powers.  You can use these powers for inspiration, or you can even create your character by rolling for powers at random. As the Awesome Powers library grows, so will the list of available powers.
Volume 16 of Awesome Powers deals with Magical powers and Artifacts. The Magic Suite represents characters whose powers are inherently magical, whether this be the result of sorcery or inherent raw magical power. Artifacts are items of significant magical power that often allow their users access to multiple different magical abilities, even if the wielder is not a magic-user themselves in many cases. A selection of minor magical items, like potions, are also included, as well as rules for creating them. This volume also contains new rules for magical rituals. 
You’ll also find all new Enhancements, Limitations, and Advantages as well as several brand-new powers. 
Volume 16 includes a completely revised Random Power Generator compiling all powers from Awesome Powers 1-16. The probabilities have been rebalanced and the table is now hyperlinked for your convenience. So now you can more easily create a character without needing to flip through multiple books. 
The powers list has continued to undergo consolidation allowing us to eliminate redundancies in the powers list.
