Chiefly, this product is designed to allow you to create characters with themes, making use of pre-designed powers.  You can use these powers for inspiration, or you can even create your character by rolling for powers at random. As the Awesome Powers library grows, so will the list of available powers.
Volume 15 of Awesome Powers deals with Plant and Animal powers. The Plant Suite represents characters whose powers have botanical properties. This might mean that their body has the characteristics of a plant, or it might mean that they have exceptional control over plants, or both. The Animal Powers Suite features powers relating to the animal kingdom. This can take the form of a character who can command animals, or might have feral qualities of some particular animal, one who can shapeshift into a variety of animals, or simply gains properties of certain animals (without actually changing form).This volume also contains advice for players designing Shape-Shifter characters, and rules options for Alternative Experience Points.
You’ll also find all new Enhancements, Limitations, and Advantages as well as several brand-new powers. 
Volume 15 includes a completely revised Random Power Generator compiling all powers from Awesome Powers 1-15. The probabilities have been rebalanced and the table is now hyperlinked for your convenience. So now you can more easily create a character without needing to flip through multiple books. 
The powers list has continued to undergo consolidation allowing us to eliminate redundancies in the powers list.
