The ancient seal built eons ago that once stood perched upon the crumbling cliffs lies broken and an ancient evil has been released. The massive rusty chains that stretch across the chasms, intersecting stone pillars in a web of iron are but a remnant of this once prison.
The lovecratian tendrils now reach deep into the volcanic rifts, slowing corrupting the surrounding natural landscape, spreading like roots but bringing death instead of life to all it touches.
