A short bio on Fann Province
The land of Fann is a small province in the western corner of Noctis. Taking a few days to travel from one end to the other, it should be a relatively simple place to navigate… If only it were that simple.
The province of Fann, due to its relatively isolated nature, has been the site of a number of massive disasters, culminating in the Fourth War for Noctis ending there with the detonation of a mana bomb, absolutely annihilating the countryside and rendering most travel over land difficult to impossible.
And then the Lost Ones appeared.
Dead Soldiers from the old war, returned to life with memories and combat abilities intact, they instantly became a major threat. The Ward system banded together against these enemies, and as such the Ward Council was formed.
Many hundreds of years have gone by, and the Wards have experienced relative peace, their people banding together to weather any storm that comes their way. Pygmalions, a volcanic people, have arrived from the western islands of Blavik, and the Turtlefolk have appeared, fleeing their empire to the north called Izzek.
The stage is set for a grand adventure. The cards are down, and the players arrive to the field.
