Meanders use a system of multiple repeating exit/entrance points to ensure the pathways always line up with almost 900 other Meanders in dozens of varieties (and counting) for continuous, interchangeable terrains that feels random, sprawling with meandering pathways for adventurers to explore. Meanders can join to any other Meander from above, below, left or right, regardless of genre or series – including itself. Some special Meanders known as ‘Edgers’ provide grand entrances or exits from an area, while ‘Blenders’ provide a smooth transition between two different terrains.
This pack features multi-tier building and street exteriors including a Red Light District map unique to this pack. It is set in the evening after-dark – whereby most goods have been carefully ushered in off the street, many traders have shut away their canopies and the streets and alleys are lit with an array of flickering torch and lantern lights.Explore the slums of the poorer districts and wind your way through sketchy alleyways lurking with hidden dangers. Tread the paved stones of the upper echelon and visit the High Streets and their trade markets amid swirling tendrils of smoke. Lose yourself in the meandering clusters of buildings, on the street, or by rooftop. Enjoy the ability to easily blend your new cities with existing core Meander terrains such as Jungle, Ice, Forest and Desert by Night with special Nocturnal Blenders creating continuity throughout your session. * Printing Note: This product does not include PDF’s owing to the requirement for breaking a single map into 20 individual PDF’s – where an attempt to do so would result in 1140 individual files to download.
