Defining a Pattern in Photoshop
You can use the seamless images in this pack to create patterns in Photoshop:
Use the Rectangle Marquee tool on an open image to select an area to use as a pattern. Feather must be set to 0 pixels. You may want to resize large images first.
Choose Edit > Define Pattern.
Enter a name for the pattern in the Pattern Name dialog box.
