The Fall of Mith: the Siege:
A sequel to the Fall of Mith: Mithos Manor the full version of the Fall of Mith: the Siege will take part right after the manor, consisting of four quests to be sent out on so that the party can help reclaim the Isle of Mith. This demo consists of one of those quests, the Crystal Golem Workshop.
The Siege:
The Siege itself is designed to be a four to five session adventure taking place on the besieged Isle of Mith. This demo should run one to one and a half sessions. It’s designed for four level six adventurers to partake in. While it’s designed to follow Mithos Manor it’s four quests that can be easily cut up and stuck into an ongoing campaign as side quests. The maps consist of two buildings, the Crystal Golem Workshop, the large compound where crystal golems are built, as you probably guessed. A Mystic Retreat, and underground retreat where mystics take time to sit out from the concerns of the outside world and commune with Alìm. A Gren Cave, obviously a large cave system full of gren, dangerous yeti-like creatures who are natives to Mith. And last an Orden Lair in the forest where the party helps the orden try to save themselves from the assault.
The opening of the adventure is the party receiving the three most important missions that the mithians need help with. If the party saved the major NPCs from the manor they can certainly get to know them a little better before their quests. The fourth side quest shows up unexpectedly in the wilderness. The outcome of the adventure relies heavily on the intervention of the party. It can end in utter defeat, the party has done nothing to help the mithian war effort, a valiant but costly victory where the party is successful in at least a few of their quests, or an outstanding victory with the players defeating all who come before them and greatly helping the mithians strengthen their positions.
Planned Adventure Contents (Not Including Kickstarter Stretch Goals):
Four fully furnished color maps. With an appendix for all versions of the map without the DM numbers on it.Two custom major NPCs with custom stats and pictures.Eight new custom monsters/NPCs each with stats and pictures.
