After Project 39 had commenced, and a number of facilities constructed, there was a planetarist coup on Sakkad and the incoming government unilaterally ended all contracts with Corporations and gave a deadline for the removal of all non-Sakkadian persons and equipment other than the Panstellar Embassy.
